Targeting and advertising: Measure whether visits or enquiries follow our advertising and help assess campaign performance. We do not activate these cookies before consent.
5. Services and Cookies Used
The following table describes the technologies intended for use when the website is launched. Cookie names and durations can vary by browser, configuration and provider updates. Before publication and after material technical changes, the cookies actually present on the website and the choices available in Cookie Settings must be verified and kept consistent with this table.
5.1 TermsFeed Cookie Consent and Preferences Center
DragSYS uses the TermsFeed Cookie Consent tool to display the consent banner and Cookies Preferences Center. The tool presents the same four categories used in this Policy: Strictly necessary, Functionality, Tracking and performance, and Targeting and advertising. It records the visitor's selection in cookies stored on the visitor's device so that the website can apply the chosen settings on later visits.
The free TermsFeed tool does not provide DragSYS with a central downloadable consent log. We therefore maintain appropriate evidence of the consent mechanism and its configuration, including the policy version, banner wording and technical implementation. The absence of a central log does not change your right to withdraw or change consent at any time.
5.2 Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics helps us understand traffic sources, page use, device and browser types, approximate location, engagement and website performance. DragSYS uses the Google Analytics property identified in the website configuration and has enabled IP anonymisation. Google Analytics is assigned to Tracking and performance and should not receive analytics-storage permission until that category is accepted.
5.3 Google Ads Conversion Tracking
Google Ads Conversion Tracking helps us determine whether an advertisement led to a relevant website action. It may associate conversion information with an advertising interaction or campaign identifier. It is assigned to Targeting and advertising. Accepting Tracking and performance alone should not grant advertising storage, advertising user-data or advertising-personalisation permission.
5.4 Microsoft Clarity
Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps, aggregated interaction statistics and session-replay features that help us identify navigation and usability problems. Clarity is assigned to Tracking and performance and should load only after consent to that category. Fields through which visitors submit contact, quotation, distributor, warranty or other information should be masked or excluded from capture.
5.5 Tawk.to Live Chat
Tawk.to provides the live-chat interface and may set identifiers needed to maintain a chat session and recognise a returning chat visitor. Because the main website remains available without live chat, DragSYS treats Tawk.to as an optional Functionality service. The chat script should load only after consent to Functionality. Information typed into a chat is processed separately from the cookie choice and is described in the Privacy Policy.
5.6 Google Consent Mode
The website uses Google Consent Mode with analytics, advertising, advertising user-data, advertising personalisation, functionality and personalisation storage denied by default, while security storage remains available where necessary. Consent signals are updated when the visitor saves or changes choices in the TermsFeed Preferences Center. Consent Mode settings supplement, but do not replace, correct categorisation and blocking of optional scripts.
Important distinction
The retention period configured in an analytics account is not necessarily the same as the lifetime of a cookie stored in your browser. For example, DragSYS's Google Analytics data-retention setting is 14 months, while a Google Analytics browser cookie may remain for a different period unless deleted or renewed.
6. Information Collected Through Optional Cookies
Depending on the service and your consent choices, information may include truncated or anonymised IP information, device and browser details, approximate location, referring page, pages viewed, time and duration of visits, clicks, scrolling, interaction events, advertising campaign identifiers and conversion events. Live chat also processes information you choose to enter in the chat.
Please do not enter sensitive personal information, confidential laboratory, customer or patient-related data into the live chat or other general website fields unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure channel.
7. Third-Party Providers and International Transfers
Google Analytics and Google Ads are provided by Google, Microsoft Clarity is provided by Microsoft, and the live-chat service is provided by Tawk.to. These providers may process information outside Türkiye, including in the European Economic Area and the United States. International transfers are carried out only in accordance with the applicable transfer mechanisms and safeguards under the KVKK and, where applicable, the GDPR. We do not control every cookie set by a third-party provider, and providers may update their technologies. We review our configuration and this Policy when material changes are identified.
8. Managing or Withdrawing Your Consent
You can accept, reject or adjust optional cookie categories through the cookie banner. You can change your choice later by selecting "Cookie Settings" or "Update cookies preferences" in the website footer. Withdrawing consent prevents the relevant optional technologies from being activated in the future. Cookies already stored may remain until they expire or are deleted through your browser.
